Talking about book the associate, it has many reviews like good bad, confusing climax and many more. But frankly saying it’s a pleasure reading the books written by John Grisham. Books and novels are such reading which people would like to go more and deeper into it. Once you got interest in it, then you would surely spend hours and hours to get on the climax. Such is the case with the books by John Grisham.
And when we talk about the book, The associate, this book was impossible to put down, the suspense and action was basically non-stop. The initial 4/5 of the book was fabulous but then coming to the ending part really brought it down quite. Usually we see the endings, leave something for the readers to figure it out easily but this one was left untold till the very end. This book is every bit as thrilling and entertaining as The Street Lawyer, The Firm or any other of such kind.
Here in the book the story is something like this; Kyle McAvoy is about to get graduate from Yale Law School and dreams of public service but his plans changes when he get in contact with a man who blackmailed him with a videotape that could perk up a five year old rape accusation. The man threatens to release the video in the public, effectively hush-up the possibility of a successful legal career, unless Kyle joins a New York law firm and illegally feeds its contact inside information about a multibillion-dollar lawsuit. However the Kyle agrees having a hidden agenda of his own. If he proves his innocence before actually breaking any laws, he just might be able to escape with his reputation unspoiled. But the stakes are high and if he fails; he may lose not only his career but his life as well.
By this the John Grisham succeeds as he not only got number of readers but they also continue to come back for more entertainment that his books values.
